I guess I've always been very conscious of time. Units of time have been agreed upon, but each individual relates to those in a different manner. How can technology empower individuals so these may be increasingly aware of social performance as a constant negotiation of slightly desynchronized time units as opposed to constantly try to impose a unified rule of time.

Located in Seixal, on the south bank of the River Tagus, The project consisted on a number of training and management areas, to become the new home for all the Sport Lisbon Benfica football structure.
The proposal aimed to use the land’s features and contour lines, minimizing the soil movements and the impact of the new campus on the river front’s majestic scenery. Simultaneously, we intended to take full advantage of the visual surroundings, engaging the best sun exposure to both the buildings and the pitches.
The Campus develops from a large central nucleus, in 5 semi independent buildings, incorporating press areas, managements and health facilities, social areas and a residential block with 200 rooms for the youths and professional teams.
I was integrated on the team for planning application and detailed project. I was in charge of Block A, the main health facility, incorporating all the locker rooms, clinics and physiotherapy facilities, as well as training staff offices.
Is was a very satisfying project, not only from a professional point of view, but also because of the awareness of the project’s social impact, connected to the phenomenon of football in Portugal.
